Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Hurom box, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return at our warehouse.
